The center's primary business is to provide quality and effective programs that produce a labor efficient workforce that meets the ever-changing needs of the community. The center's objectives are:
 Provide innovative and effective services to job seekers and employers
Provide ongoing services that allow us to fully meet the needs of our customers
Provide exemplary service to our county and its employers
To continue to seek new collaborative efforts with other agencies in order to provide the broadest continuum of services to job seekers and employers.
To continue to respect the values of tradition and experience inherent in our community.
