About the Alleghany JobLink Career Center
The center's primary business is to provide quality and effective programs that produce a labor efficient workforce that meets the ever-changing needs of the community. The center's objectives are:
- Provide innovative and effective services to job seekers and employers
- Provide ongoing services that allow us to fully meet the needs of our customers
- Provide exemplary service to our county and its employers
- To continue to seek new collaborative efforts with other agencies in order to provide the broadest continuum of services to job seekers and employers.
- To continue to respect the values of tradition and experience inherent in our community.
- To maintain a positive work environment

To provide quality and effective services to our customers through a range of programs designed to meet the ever-changing workforce needs of the community.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday: closed
Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Every day, the Alleghany JobLink is closed for lunch from 12noon to 1pm.
